Taking to the Top - Adult Educators on the Journey
The 'Taking to the Top - Adult Educators on the Journey' project is funded by the EU under the Erasmus + strategic partnerships. With regard to rapid changes in the labor market, aging population and immigration issues, there is a continuing need for adult training in the EU Member States, which sets out the requirements for the quality of training from a totally new perspective. Adult educators need the knowledge and skills necessary to empower adults from different target groups into key competencies.The 'Taking to the Top - Adult Educators on the Journey' project is funded by the EU under the Erasmus + strategic partnerships. The main objective of the project is to promote quality improvements, excellence in innovation and to enhance transnational cooperation.

Products and Outcomes
The main task is to develop a curriculum framework to empower adult educators who teach the different target groups basic skills and key competencies. The project activities will focus on the development of the adult educator curriculum, including pilot activities and project dissemination.
