HYBVET
Development of hybrid training in VET
The aim of HYBVET is to introduce and develop hybrid-simulation training in VET, which is proven and widely used in higher education (especially in medical studies).
This is particularly pertinent considering the context of the 4th industrial revolution and the rapid change of technologies in various sectors of the economy, as well as the fact that hybrid simulation is less time-consuming and more focused on the actual skills required to join the labour market as quickly as possible.
